The Group

MindSh@re

MindSh@re, Finmeccanica’s learning organisation is the Open Innovation project created in 2003 aimed at valorising shared technological assets of the Group companies.

Designed with the objective of linking people in a network that functions as a multiplier in the generation of new ideas, products and talents, today it is an engine for real value innovation.  Through its technological communities, it focuses on sharing research activities on subjects considered to be at the forefront from the industrial standpoint.

MindSh@re’s mission is to be the hub capable of stimulating a collaborative and interconnected network that involves Group personnel and companies, technology partners, universities and research centres.
