The Finmeccanica Master in INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ENGINEERING has been created on 2006 through the most valuable investments made by Finmeccanica on the human capital.

The Master, unique in its kind, has been made and planned by Finmeccanica Holding, in collaboration with leading international Universities. It opened the Finmeccanica Group to the best graduates and it deepened scientific, engineering, management disciplines to train young professionals able to manage international highly complex and long term job orders.

An intensive course, of about 1500 hours of didactic full time activities, including a training period, offered a concrete opportunity of a high training and a direct hiring to many young people, according to the positive results of the exams and to the skills acquired in one of the operating company of the group.

The master has reached in six editions a great success, receiving about 32400 applications coming from more than 140 Countries, 1200 Candidates, invited to participate to the Assessments in Rome and 166young graduates, with an average age lower than 25 years, selected to be part of the six master classes, from 2006 to 2012.

The master is now temporary suspended.

Finmeccanica has indeed decided to improve it for drawing a new training path, able to give more suitable tolls to face new challenges coming from a highly competitive and ever changing market.
