Selex Galileo

PRISMA  is a mission for earth observation funded by the Italian Space Agency foreseen for 2011.

Its optical payload is made by a state of the art iperspectral camera added with a medium resolution panchromatic camera. 

PRISMA will supply hyperspectral images of the Earth with spatial resolution of 30 m and swath of 30 km, operating in about 200 spectral bands with a spectral resolution less than 10 micron.
