The continuity of a company depends to a large extent on its ability to satisfy the expectations of the many individuals who, either directly or indirectly, contribute to the creation of value. This complex set of relations and deals must be “cultivated” and managed, just like any other part of the business strategy.  

Finmeccanica is committed to taking the interests of its stakeholders into due consideration, and for some time now has been operating along lines based on the values of transparency and dialogue. Right from the first editions of its Sustainability Report Finmeccanica’s intention has been to provide its stakeholders with an account of its actions, providing figures and information on its environmental and social performance.

The transition to the Certified Sustainability Report gives continuity and strength to this commitment.

Our aim is to go beyond normal accounting activities, so that in the end our stakeholders become actively involved in various specific questions. Our stakeholder engagement activities go hand-in-hand with a wider active listening operation, allowing Finmeccanica to dialogue with all its stakeholders in a transparent way.
