The Avancity+ and Vivacity+ range extends the basic characteristics of these buses with new stylistic features, skilfully blended to keep the "family feeling" that marks the brand identity.
 
The new DEUTZ engines, with 4 or 6 cylinders, provide maximum torque and power, and meet the lowest EEV limits well in advance of the norms that will soon come into force.

Vivacity+: the short/medium-length versions (7.90 m and 9.40 m) are ideal for transport in old town centres and other urban settings with narrow streets where movement is restricted.

Avancity+: the normal and long versions (10.80 m and 12 m) are specifically designed for urban transport in larger cities.
The driver's cabin, designed according to ISO-VDV ergonomic standards, makes handling the bus easier, and improves comfort, visibility and safety. New and proven components for the brakes and suspension reduce maintenance costs during the vehicle's life cycle.

In addition, the new Avancity+ and Vivacity+ buses are equipped with advanced onboard electronics using printed circuit boards (PCBs) which enhance operational efficiency and simplify diagnosis and monitoring of all onboard systems.

The methane-powered versions are fitted with MERCEDES "gas design" engines giving high power output and low fuel consumption through a design feature known as "lean burn" combustion which has been within EEV limits since 2003.
