Cassini-Huygens - Thales Alenia Space | |
Cassini-Huygens is a NASA/ESA/ASI programme to study Saturn and its nine
major moon. The spacecraft reached Saturnian orbit in July 2004 and the Huygens
probe descended on Titan in January 2005.
Thales Alenia Space contributed to the success of the Cassini-Huygens
mission by building the antenna and radar systems whose reliability and
performance are still an absolute point of reference.
