Telespazio is the European leader in providing solutions for Earth observation, from acquiring and processing satellite data, to the development and offer software, products and high value-added services: natural resources management, environmnetal risks preventions and monitoring, technical and tematic cartography, geomarketing.

Concerning Cosmo-SkyMed programme, Telespazio has the responsibility to develop the ground infrastructures, to manage the operations during the deploiment of the full satellite constellation, to receive and process the observed data, to develop and distribute products and innovative applications.

Furthermore Telespazio will be responsible for the operations of the whole system.
