to sum up the Finmeccanica executive conference held in Milan on December 3,
there's no doubt it would be quality.

ALENIA AERONAUTICA: 1000 flight hours for the C-27Js of the Italian Air
Force Rome, 16 November 2007 The fleet of the C-27Js currently in service with the Italian Air Force has
reached 1000 flight hours. The first of the four aircraft in service, based in
Pisa, 46th Air Wing Headquarters, had entered into service last 11th of
January, while the second one had been delivered in May and the third one in
July. The fourth aircraft has been delivered last week, and the fifth will be
ready for acceptance tests by the end of the month. All C-27Js ordered by ItAF
will be delivered by mid-2008.

PREMIO INNOVAZIONE 2007 Winners of Premio Innovazione Finmeccanica 2007 chosen. Grottaglie, 26October 2007 The ceremony to present the winners of the Premio Innovazione Finmeccanica
took place at Alenia Aeronautica's Grottaglie plant today. Now in their fourth
year, the aim of the awards is to enhance the value of research and innovation
within the Group. Since the start of the initiative in 2004, more than 2,000
proposals have been submitted, involving 6,000 people. Of particular note has
been the increase in the number of entries from employees based overseas: from
10 projects in 2004 to 203 in 2007, thus confirming the international nature of
the initiative.

FINMECCANICA CONCERT AT THE ROYAL ALBERT HALL Arts sponsorship and social involvement in one of the world's most iconic
and London's best-loved entertainment venues London, 16 July 2007 On the evening of Monday 16 July, Finmeccanica was proud to highlight their
support for social causes and the arts at an event which showcased the
company's consolidation in the UK, the Group's second home market. The UK
Secretary of State for Defence, Rt Hon Des Browne MP, was amongst the 300
guests. Finmeccanica representatives, notably including Remo Pertica, Umberto
Malusa and Alberto de Benedictis, were also joined by very senior members of
the armed forces, Ministers, Members of Parliament and key people from the UK
defence and aerospace industry.

THE ROYAL INTERNATIONAL AIR TATTOO Riat,July 13-15, 2007 The "Royal International Air Tattoo" took place at Fairford from
July 13-15, 2007. This is one of the top flying events in Europe, and
participants included the main companies in the sector, as well as many foreign
delegations and Air Force teams who took part in flying displays, including the
Italian "Frecce Tricolori", as well as more than 300 aircraft in the
static area. The guests who visited the Finmeccanica chalet included General
Gen. S.A. V. Camporini (Italian Air Force Chief of Staff), General T. Michael
Mosley (US Air Force Chief of Staff), Air Chief Marshal Sir Glenn Lester Torpy
(UK Air Force Chief of Staff), representatives of the Defence Ministry and the
Select Defence Committee from the UK Parliament, as well as many official
representatives of international air forces.

"MADE IN ITALY" FUSELAGE AND STABILISER FOR THE BOEING
787- Yesterday, in the United States, roll-out of the new
aircraft Rome, 9 July 2007 Alenia Aeronautica celebrates the roll-out of the first Boeing 787
Dreamliner prototype, which has taken place yesterday evening at Boeing plant
in Everett, U.S.
Alenia Aeronautica, prime partner of the 787 programme, has a key role in the
development of this aircraft - considered as a new best seller among the
commercial transport aircraft - manufacturing 14% of its structure.

FOCUS ON - "FROM TECHNOLOGY TO VALUES" - "CORPORATE ETHICS IN
COMPANIES"
Rome, 05 July 2007 The annual Focus On meeting was held on Thursday July 5 at the Matteo Ricci
conference centre in Rome, for all those who took part in the previous editions
of the managerial training seminar entitled "From Technology to
Values". On this occasion, the subject was "Corporate Ethics and Ethics
in Companies", and the meeting was attended by Finmeccanica's Chairman and
CEO, Pier Francesco Guarguaglini, the Co-Director General, Alessandro Pansa;
the Central Human Resources Manager, Roberto Maglione; and the head of Training
Systems and Knowledge Management, Francesco Mantovani.

FINMECCANICA MEETS JAPAN
Tokyo 28-30 June 2007 From June 28-30, 2007, Finmeccanica took part in the event "Italian
Spring in Japan", a major showcase for Italian products officially
inaugurated in Tokyo on March 19. Our participation took the form of a series
of workshops devoted to the Group's various activities, as well as a press
conference given by Finmeccanica's President-CEO Pier Francesco Guarguaglini
for an audience made up of the leading Japanese and international press
agencies; a display area for the Group's main products and systems at the
Conrad Tokyo Hotel; and a Gala evening with a concert by the orchestra of the
"Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia" at the Tokyo Opera City Concert
Hall, followed by a reception.

MAYOR OF ROME MEETS 28 INTERNS FROM FINMECCANICA GROUP Rome, 3 April 2007 This afternoon, the Mayor of Rome Walter Veltroni welcomed 28 young people
from fifteen different countries, currently doing internships with companies in
the Finmeccanica Group. The meeting took place in the City Hall at the
Campidoglio, and participants included the councillor for universities, Jean
Leonard Touadi, and the president-CEO of Finmeccanica, Pier Francesco
Guarguaglini.

SPACE ALLIANCE - Finmeccanica-Thales Agreement Mr. P. F. Guarguaglini - Chairman and CEO of Finmeccanica I am delighted to inform you that the European Commission approved the
transfer to the Thales Group of the Alcatel-Lucent Space business. Thus, the
"new Space Alliance" - comprising the Space activities of Finmeccanica
and Thales - is today a reality.
The implementation of this agreement represents a crucial step for us. Space is
seen by both, Finmeccanica and Thales, as a strategic core business, that we

ALENIA AERONAUTICA: FIRST 787 FUSELAGE SECTIONS DELIVERED Grottaglie, 22 March 2007 Alenia Aeronautica, today delivered the first carbon fibre fuselage sections
of the 787 Dreamliner, manufactured at its Grottaglie plant. The two fuselage sections, the central one, no. 44 (8,5 metres long) and the
central-rear one, no. 46 (about 10 metres long) have been loaded on the Boeing
Dreamlifter to be transferred to the Charleston, South Carolina, facility of
Global Aeronautica in the United States.

TOKYO CELEBRATES THE INAUGURATION OF
"ITALIAN SPRING 2007" Tokyo, 19 March 2007 On March 19, the General Manager of Finmeccanica, Giorgio Zappa, took part
in the opening of "Italian Spring 2007" in Tokyo. This major
initiative, consisting of more than three hundred events in thirty Japanese
cities until July, focuses not only on Italy's cultural heritage but also on
the creativity, talent and hi-tech capabilities of Italian industry.

HONORIS CAUSA DEGREE IN MANAGEMENT ENGINEERING FOR PIER FRANCESCO
GUARGUAGLINI Genoa, 22 January 2007 On Monday 22 January 2007, the Chairman-CEO, Pier Francesco Guargaglini,
received an Honoris Causa degree in management engineering from the University
of Genoa at a ceremony conducted by the rector, professor Gaetano Bignardi, and
the dean of the engineering faculty, professor Gianni Vernazza.
