 FINMECCANICA SPONSORS CONCERT FOR EUROPE

On Wednesday 5 December, the Concert for Europe - sponsored by Finmeccanica
-with the "Toscanini Sinfonica" orchestra and the "Maggio Musicale
Fiorentino" choir conducted by Lorin Maazel, was held in the "Sala
dell'Emiciclo", bringing to an end the celebrations for the fiftieth
anniversary of the Treaty of Rome. The performance was greeted by a standing
ovation from the audience and members of the European Parliament.

THE "CHAGALL'S WONDERLAND" Exhibition

Finmeccanica is one of the sponsors of the exhibition devoted to Russian
painter Marc Chagall, entitled "Chagall delle Meraviglie" (Chagall's
Wonderland) being held from March 9 to July 1, 2007, at the Vittoriano gallery
in Rome. In recent years, this prestigious gallery has presented a number of
important events focusing on 20th century artists, including "Matisse and
Bonnard".

The ceremony in memory of Maestro Arturo Toscanini and in honor of Maestro
Lorin Maazel presented by Finmeccanica, took place in the Opera Club Room at
The Metropolitan Opera right next door to Avery Fisher Hall.
