An exuberant atmosphere characterised Finmeccanica's participation in Aero
India 2005, present in Bangalore with its companies AgustaWestland, Alenia
Aeronautica, Galileo Avionica, Selenia Communications and its joint venture
MBDA.
Aero India, a prestigious event for the key players in global aerospace,
represented an opportunity for Finmeccanica to enjoy supreme visibility, in
which to present its state-of-the-art systems in the space and defence sector,
and its leading competencies in supplying integrated solutions.
The Group's stand welcomed a stream of Italian and foreign institutional
delegations, including the Secretary General of Defence / National Armaments
Director Gen. Botondi, Deputy Minister of Defence Hon. Cicu, British Minister
for Defence Procurement Lord Bach, Head of State and Chief of the Indian Navy
