The Association of the United States Army (AUSA) will be holding this year's edition of its Annual Meeting & Exhibition on 6 and 8 October at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington DC.
 
The slogan for this year's professional forum is "America's Army: The Strength of the Nation". Participants include members of the US military and national guard, both retired and on active duty, along with their family members. This unique meeting is unquestionably the world's largest event devoted to ground forces.
 
The defense industry has a key role in the AUSA Meeting & Exhibition, which includes dozens of meetings and speeches on subjects of interest to the military. The AUSA meeting is reserved exclusively to members of the military and supporting companies.
 
Finmeccanica will be present in force.
