The ninth edition of the Feria Internacional del Autobus y del
Autocar (FIAA) is being held from October 14-17 at the
Madrid Trade Fair Centre. This event, which started in 1992 and which
takes place every two years, is certainly the leading exhibition in Spain for
public road transport, and one of the most important internationally.

Washington
The Association of the United States Army (AUSA) will be holding this year's
edition of its Annual Meeting & Exhibition on 6 and 8
October at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington DC.
The slogan for this year's professional forum is "America's Army: The
Strength of the Nation". Participants include members of the US military
and national guard, both retired and on active duty, along with their family
members. This unique meeting is unquestionably the world's largest event
devoted to ground forces.

FINMECCANICA at the Japan International Aerospace 2008

Yokohama
The Japan International Aerospace Exhibition takes place every four years,
and the previous edition in 2004 was attended by about 110,000 visitors. This
year's event will be held in Yokohama from 1-5 October 2008 with about 529
exhibitors covering a display area of more than 20,000 square metres, including
a heliport. Given the importance of the exhibition, there will be a strong
Finmeccanica presence including not only the parent company but also
AgustaWestland, Alenia Aeronautica, Oto Melara and Thales Alenia Space.

Finmeccanica at InnoTrans 2008

The German company InnoTrans is having another international railway
transport and technology trade show. From 23-28 September the much anticipated
event is being organised by Messe Berlin "turning the Berlin trade show
grounds into the biggest railway station in the world".

Finmeccanica at the Farnborough International Air Show 2008 Group

their products but also to compare themselves.

The 2008 edition of Eurosatory is an important international
exhibition for professionals in the defence and security sectors. According to
the organisers, the previous edition was attended by 52,000 visitors, 117
official delegations from 75 countries, with 1,210 exhibitors. Held every two
years, the next edition will be taking place in Paris from June
16-20, 2008, with the ambitious slogan "Shaping Tomorrow's
Defence".

FINMECCANICA in Malesia for DSA 2008

Kuala Lumpur
The 2008 edition of DSA (Defence Services Asia) is taking place April 21-24
at the Putra World Trade Center in Kuala Lumpur. Finmeccanica's participation
aims to strengthen the Group's presence in Malaysia where it has been operating
for many years through offices in the Petronas Towers. In more detail,
Finmeccanica is exhibiting its main systems and products in a large display
area of 550 square metres.

FINMECCANICA in Chile for FIDAE 2008

378 exhibitors from 45 countries, 21,800 square metres of display space, and
134,000 visitors of whom more than 40,000 variously described as having
business interests. These are the figures for the previous edition of FIDAE,
the "Feria International Del Aire y del Espacio" held every two years
in Santiago (Chile), and they clearly reflect the scale of the event which is
certainly the largest trade fair in South America focusing on the avionics
sector and its civil and military applications.

There have been fourteen editions of "Sat Expo Europe", the
international space and advanced telecommunications exhibition. After thirteen
years in Vicenza, where it first started, the fourteenth edition was held in
Rome at the city's futuristic new exhibition centre. The change is a move
towards expansion for an event that gained the title of international trade
fair in 2004. And in fact, the first Roman edition, March 27-29, welcomed
delegations from many countries in the Mediterranean area.

FINMECCANICA at the Singapore Airshow 2008

From 19 to 24 February Finmeccanica will be at the Singapore Airshow 2008,
presenting its Force Multiplier technological solutions. Finmeccanica operates
in Singapore via a representative office, and has been present and active in
the country for a number of years, with its companies supplying radar systems,
naval armaments and electronic warfare systems.

From 16 to 19 February, Finmeccanica will present at Defexpo 2008, New
Delhi, its capabilities in the aeronautics, helicopters, security and defence
systems sectors.
India is experiencing a time of strong economic growth and is likely to see
important government programmes in Defence and Aeronautics sectors in the next
10-15 years.
